Developing the system with a worm screw guaranteed the correct level of mechanical resistance and allowed us to commence a more in-depth testing phase, consisting of different operating sessions in the cadaver lab, which enabled us to develop the definitive Lobster design, the instruments for the implant and the relative operating techniques.

In this regard, we also managed the project for the realisation of the Lobster device, the instruments required for the implant and the operating techniques, in accordance with the indications provided by a group of surgeons specialised in spinal surgery.
